About Us

My name is Kevin Wyas, I am owner of Connections Design. I have been making web sites for several years (before graphics were commonly used on pages). Today, I run an international eCommerce business that is over five years old. I have made the mistakes, spent the time and invested the money to find how to run a successful web site. Due to the success of my original endeavor I have been contacted by many people who have heard about what I am doing with my own eCommerce site asking for consultancy and advice with other sites.

I believe firmly in using pure HTML and CSS (no Flash or JavaScript) that many other designers use. There are many reasons for this and I am happy to discuss them with you. I believe firmly that web pages should work on all newer browsers, load fast on dial up connections, validate to current industry standards and be handicap accessible. I know these may seem like basic points, but many other designers own sites don't do these things.
